Check In/Out
Check in time is 2 p.m. unless otherwise arranged. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Reservations canceled with a 2- to 7-day advance notice will be charged for one night. No-shows and last-minute cancellations will be charged the full amount of the total reservation.

Under some circumstances it may be necessary to charge a rental guarantee deposit.  Such as when multiple cabins are rented or rental for longer periods. A rental guarantee deposit will be non-refundable.  Refund consideration will be given for special circumstances or if we are able to re-rent the cabin for the same days.

No Smoking
Our cottages are no-smoking properties. Smoking is permitted outside the cottages, unless restricted by Forest Service requirements during times of high fire danger.

Pets
Well-behaved dogs may stay with guests in the Green Cottage at no extra charge, but they may not be left alone in the cottage.

Small, well-behaved dogs may stay with guests in the Red Cottage at no extra charge, but they may not be left alone in the cottage.

For the convenience of our guests with allergies, no pets are ever allowed in the Blue Cottage.

For the safety of our guests and your pets, no pets are permitted to roam on the grounds; leashes are required at all times.

Noise
The Pinos Altos Cabins are an isolated retreat. We ask that guests help us maintain this quiet solitude.
