Standard rates for our Green, Blue and Red Cottages are based on double occupancy.
In the Blue or Red Cottage, each additional person is $10 per night up to a maximum of four people per night.
The Green Cottage offers a range of accommodations. Our standard rate is based on double occupancy in the standard two-bedroom configuration. Each additional person is $10 per night up to a maximum of four people per night in the two-bedroom configuration.
In its three-bedroom/two-bath configuration, the standard rate for the Green Cottage is based on occupancy by up to four people. Each additional person is $10 per night up to a maximum of six people per night in the three-bedroom configuration.
Guest with special lodging requirements may contact us for personal assistance finding the combination of cottages or rooms needed to accommodate your party.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Reservations canceled with a 2- to 7-day advance notice will be charged for one night. No-shows and last-minute cancellations will be charged the full amount of the total reservation.
Refund consideration will be given for special circumstances or if we are able to re-rent the cabin for the same days
